Ruwan Meepagala is a writer, coach, and host of Ruwando Podcast: Psychology for Men. He was a member of OneTaste from 2012 to 2014, which largely shaped his understanding of the human psyche. He’s been featured in various publications, podcasts, and the major OneTaste documentary, sharing his story.

It’s called ORGSM: A Memoir. The sentencing was the perfect opportunity to revisit Ruwan's story and find out how his perspective has shifted over the intervening years.
